When we had hail damage last year on a pretty old roof, Roger and his team made sure we were taken care of quickly and had a check in hand shortly for the full amount minus our deductible. this last week I had reached out to his office to see if I could drop my rates in any way. Almost immediately Christy jumped on this and had a plan in place for a call yesterday.
