Lifetime resident of Rogers, AR and a State Farm agent since 1986. Roger's father, C.C. Clark was the first State Farm agent in Benton County starting in 1959. Graduate from Oklahoma Christian College in 1982. Member of the Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce and Past President of the Rogers Optimist Club.
